I studied Communication at UW Parkside with a minor in Spanish and a certificate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. I have a great interest in interpersonal communication as well as management. Without effective communication, each business would come crumbling down. I enjoy finding creative solutions to problems, helping others with their communication habits, and using conflict constructively and positively.Currently I am working as an Administrative Assistant in a fast paced environment while being utilized in recruiting, marketing, and a personal assistant for two of the Partners at our firm. Within this position I manage calendars, make reservations, type correspondence, create marketing material, as well as countless other tasks. Support service is a passion of mine that drives my positive attitude and ability to communicate with others effectively.
