Responsible for approving printer’s proofs plus final approval of the project.Manage book titles for Application platforms.Manage relationship between Disney, Disney Toons and Pixar Studios, Disney Imagineering and Disney Publishing in Italy.Manage in house team of 2 people. Manage hundreds of worldwide freelancers in five countries.Manage the editorial relationship with the storybook department.Create color classes for Internal Divisions in the Walt Disney Company and teach color storytelling theory seminar for Accademia Disney in Milan, Italy
