Responsibilities:• Customers interests representation regarding project development• Estimation, monitoring and supervision of the project objectives in order to be met• Budget estimations for the client• Project planning in order to be completed on time and within budget• Searching, organizing and applying the best technical and human resources• Liaising with each department involved in the project implementation• Communicating the project status to the customer• InvoicingDirect reporting to the IT Manager.Clients: Gandul.info, zf.ro, bmag.ro, mediafax.ro, csid.ro, one.ro, prosport.ro, descopera.ro, go4IT.ro, apropotv.ro, promotor.ro.

- Coordinating a team of 7 members- Requirements coordination of other departments: marketing, copywriting, SEO, Programming- Briefs review after discussions with internal and / or external clients- Suggestions to implement the projects and coming up with new ideas for a shorter and efficient period of development- Writing of the technical specifications for the Programming department- Delivery of web projects from HTML department to Programming department- Work-flow developing together with a project manager of a project for the development teams (design, HTML, programming)- Keeping the relationship with clients in a clear, professional and friendly way- Planning in advance the department workload- Deadline setting for the design and HTML projects- Weekly reporting status for each project in development- Secure and maintain the established project deadline

- Development and compliance of the business concepts and strategies for the coordinated projects in order to achieve objectives- Decision-making power regarding the management of the resources allocated to meet objectives- Consultation with direct supervisor about the orders prioritizing of the internal and external clients- Coordination of the activities and resources involved in project development- Notification and solving problems arising during the project- Continuous tracking of the project- Interaction with departments within the company or Mediafax group as representative of the project interests- Regular reporting to the Managers about the evolution of the project- Planning activities of the Department (eg. setting of working procedures) and working with managers of HTML, Design & Programming departments in order to improve the work way- Granting feedback, regardless of its nature
