Total woman’s sales approximately $130M. ¥ Designed brand right product for sweaters &knits categories interpreting seasonal trends concepts, and color.¥ Delivered improved quality & price/value by engineering product design with better sustainable fabrics, details & styling, emotionally engaging customers & creating loyalty.¥ Conducting brand presentations to retail management for key meetings, disseminating not only direction of sportswear division and specific brands, but an overall fashion presentation developed via market, European review and interface with Asian suppliers.¥ Partnered with sales department developed close relationships with retail accounts, ensuring store management, design staff & merchants are cognizant of brand direction, new programs & core product direction, which maximized communication & ensured department penetration is maintained or exceeded.

Partnered with Creative Director of Design to design and manufacture Spring’18 & Fall’18 Ready wear Collections.

¥ Partnered with VP of Design on reinvention of 3rd largest brand - Charter Club - which has resulted in a collection with younger sensibility, elevated quality and $20M sales boost in year one.¥ Handle overall responsibility for all sweater classifications: cashmere, core, fashion, EDV sweaters and knits. Accomplish total development of 130-500 styles per season.¥ Increased $50M cashmere sales 10% in 2014 by testing shops 2 months earlier in best doors with colorful presentations of fashion product, followed by delivering 40 style collection of new fashion in wide array of colors. ¥ Saved company $2M by designing collection of core items 2 months ahead of schedule, enabling senior managers and merchants to finalize orders earlier, allowing extra time for vendor negotiations, resulting in greater profits.¥ Contributed to creating seasonal concept direction and color selection by shopping the market, researching and interpreting global and domestic trends as it relates to Charter Club customer. Created, styled and merchandised looks for concept. ¥ Developed original stitch and pattern swatches to support inspirational concepts at presentation meetings. Designed sweaters and knits, worked with design team to create color, concept and style direction; conducted all market research in preparation for line development through retail shopping, magazine research and etc.Presented inspiration, analysis gathered from market research to senior management.

Collaborated with VP of Design/Creative Director to create distinctive collections representing Oscar De La Renta’s brand image, which resulted in sales team generating $25M exclusive account with Macys. Designed and Re-launched David Dart’s Fall’07 collection.

Partnered with Creative Director and CEO to design and launch B-Marks and Co & Eddy woman’s collection increasing sales from $4,000,000 to $8,000,000 Spring 2004.Developed seasonal concepts, presented color, forecasted trends. Worked with Art Studios and Graphic artists to develop print, logos. Inspired, managed and provided leadership for the design team and production department.

Liaison between Design, production departments and factories. Fitted garments, corrected fit problems, developed tech packages, followed up with overseas factories on all fit issues and development. Tracked samples and other development material. Created flat sketches in Illustrator and Photoshop.
