The SC finance transition manager is involved in Global SC acquisition & disposal projects, “ad hoc” program around supply chain business model and change management project.Be active part of assigned projects bringing fresh ideas with business focus and attention to harmonization and improvements.In case of disposal project, leading all the activities having an End to End view, involving different SC actors (SC-FS, USCC, UASCC, SUs): leading calls, manage stock report, set up accounting treatment, coordinating different actors and land the project to operations will be the main activities.In case of any acquisition the SC Finance transition manager is part of core team providing fully support in order to land in our SC core model the new brand/Su acquired. Attending workshops if necessary, calls and will be part of a Global project team representing SC-FS.Involvement also in potential Change management program during the course of the year (like new global E-commerce program, new factory facility setup, new logistic Dc go-live, new Business model implementation). For all the identified projects :a) particular attention to change management will be required .b) particular attention to have an End to End view on the projects.c) maintain relationship between ETS SC-FS, Project team, USCC/UASCC to escalate potential issue.d) Outstanding team managementStrong people management responsibility and deep understanding of reorganizational implications.Third parties reorganizational support including KPIs set up and overall governance involvement.

Play an active role as a permanent member of the Global Brand Leadership Team (GBT/ LT) and EU Regional Category Leadership Team (RCLT), representing financial views of all HHC Brands. Work as part of the Global Household Care Category Finance network.
