I define myself as a Data Translator because I think it is a good synthesis of the importance of this connection between the Business and "technology + algorithms". My goal is to make the transformation of companies and institutions in Data & AI happen.… and to actually make this Organizational Change and User Adoption happen, there is another important connection that I work on: the alignment between Business Strategy and User Adoption.In the last 4 years I have learned a lot about Big Data and Algorithm models and I have designed and implemented BI and Artificial Intelligence solutions and projects. I got here thanks to my previous knowledge of technology and statistics, and I have a lot to thank the environment and the wealth of professionals with whom I have worked.This is what I do: I propose strategies, design and implement Digital Transformation projects in Data and Artificial Intelligence based on Change Management for the Adoption of the end user and the organization. I also work together with the Business and Sales areas in Business Development.For that, I use my experience in line management and in consulting, in local, international and multidisciplinary environments; as well as my learnings coordinating complex initiatives of Digital Transformation, Outsourcing, Mergers and Acquisitions and large initiatives of Artificial Intelligence.I have also been involved in the development and implementation of an AI Ethical Seal based on the EU regulatory framework. I currently coordinate and participate in working groups with different deliverables at Generative AI Association.Main sectors: Banking and Insurance, Human Resources, Education, Contact Center – Help Desk.Large part of my career is around the Digital Transformation of business, and also as lecturer, author and coordinator of several publications and studies related to technology as an accelerator of change and talent. Director and professor of graduate programs at various business schools and institutions.
