At Crate and Barrel, I redesigned the Customer Service page to redirect users from calling the help center to using our new Self-Service function. My roles included research and designing the Customer Service page. I collaborated with developers, researchers and Crate and Barrel's Customer Service team to meet all wants and needs. This allowed for a successful deliverable of reorganizing the infrastructure of the website.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product managers and developers to redesign Crate and Barrel's Customer Service page to improve the current experience.- Designed and prototyped for web and mobile application and ensured the application follows best practices for ecommerce sites.- Conducted tree-jack testing and competitive analysis study to better understand their users and gain insights on competitors.
