• Acting like business adviser for the Implementation teams based in Romania,Israel and US
• Preparing RCA (root cause analysis) Reports both internally and for Clients on Severity 1 issues
• Analyzing the market trends and defining approaches for offering best implementation services
• Creating Client Questionnaire for getting insights on Clients current business
• Guiding the Implementation Teams throughout the stages of the Projects

• Leading the Implementation team consisting of members located in Romania, Israel and US.
• Answer Customers questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
• Document all calls/issues with regards to Customers inquires accurately using Call Tracking System-FootPrints & SBM systems
• Monitor Call Tracking for responses from administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion based on the SLA
• Follow-up with the Customers within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone call or reported issue. Even if it is to just touch base and let the Customer know the issue is still being researched.
• Knowledge of the product and analytical work based on Customer requirements- Gathering Customer requirements and providing solutions for meeting the business needs.

• Providing software quality control-verification and validation- including reviewing requirements documents, and software testing.
• Preparing/Writing Testing Documents-Test Cases, based on Customer Business Workflow
• Performing Sanity/E2E/Integration/Regression/Performance Testing for Version Release and Deliveries.
• Creating Test Plans and allocating daily tasks based on priority and committed Client ETA’s
• Strong Collaboration with R&D for Unit Tests and New Functionalities
• Setting up Daily Scrum meetings
