As the HR Manager - Retail for Cartier China, one of the prestigious Maison of Richemont Group, I lead the human resources strategy and operations for the retail business unit, covering over 800 employees across 47 boutiques. I have been with Richemont for over two and a half years, starting as the HR Manager - Talent Acquisition for the group in China, where I successfully managed the recruitment and selection of high-potential talents for various brands and functions.With a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling and more than ten years of experience in HR consulting and talent acquisition, I have developed a strong expertise in HR management, compensation and benefit, performance evaluation, employee engagement, and employer branding.
