Assist the President in all duties and assume responsibility in their absence. Independently spearheaded an innovative project that has automated point procedures and member statuses through Excel. This project has drastically reduced the lead time of all status-related updates to the general body and made the previous point system more accessible to all members. With this initiative, chapter operations have been significantly streamlined, showcasing a strong commitment to innovation and creative problem-solving. Coordinator of all chapter conferences, board meetings, and committee operations, demonstrating strong organizational and management skills. Oversee the biannual professional training of executive members with semester retreats aimed to establish goals, expectations, and foster sibling bonding. Collaborate with Chapter Secretaries, Historians, and National Liaisons to maintain accurate, historical records of DEM Kappa spanning all the way back to our founding in 2011. As a member of Kappa Standards, sensitive handling of internal affairs and confidential information is required. Pioneered first-ever Kappa marketing campaign based on the most influential music albums of the 2022-2023 academic year which saw a 32% increase in social media engagement and boosted awareness of DEM extensively across campus. Managed all PM records, ensuring all benchmarks and education were completed and accurately tracked prior to Crossover.
