Deep interest in achieving equality between women and men involved my decision to shift from business law career to human rights sphere. 9 years ago I started active development of my expertise in this sphere, have worked with several NGO's, UN Women and now cooperating with Canadian projects in Ukraine on the topic of gender equality. I enjoy working in this sphere a lot and happy to meet people with same interests and goals. My main specialization is International law, International human rights law. I am a PhD student at the Institute of State and Law. V.M. Koretsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (international law and fighting sexual exploitation). Today I have broad experience in gender analysis and research. I have a deep interest in legal studies, particularly in practice related to human rights and governance. I develop my professional skills through persistent self-education, tracking legislative novelties, entering into professional discussions, attending professional trainings.
