As part of the Careers Service team, I was responsible for producing and sharing social media content, designing and conducting market research and engaging with students.

I was responsible for promoting the online vacancy portal of the university, while raising awareness of the service in the student community.

I was part of the telephone operating team responsible for conducting a short term research. Part of my duties was to engage in a friendly manner with the respondents and receive the highest possible response rate.
