I joined the Army coming out of college because I wanted to challenge myself by doing something unique, oriented towards service, that would develop me personally, professionally, and intellectually.I’m a Platoon Leader and an Adjutant General Officer and I prepare correspondence for our leadership team, assist soldiers with personnel and finance issues, manage data, create executive presentations, coordinate events, and perform other administrative duties as needed.Due to a staffing shortage, I led 2 platoons simultaneously for 8 months. During my time in the Army I’ve developed 8 non-commissioned officers, managed inventory, and improved our data input process.
