- Billing Process: handle billing process and electronic invoicing - Timesheet Management: managing the timesheet system and checking billable hours of all the lawyers, tax advisors, and payroll experts of the company - Client Communication: staying connected with prospects and regular clients to solve billing/credit collection problems - Debt Collection: debt collection procedures and registering payments received - Bank Account Management: managing bank account openings, customer account management (more than 100 bank accounts), salary payments, supplementary pension funds, and F24 forms - Compliance: supervision of anti-money laundering procedures - VISA Management: management of VISA requests - Team Leadership: administration department team leader – scrum master- Recruiting: online posting of job advertisements and management of recruiting campaigns; screening of candidates' resumes; active search through Linkedin and other job advertisement portals; both telephone and face-to-face interviews to select the most suitable resource for the sought-after role, based on their skills and previous experience - Project Management: project development and delivery, software implementation, and task assignment within a team of 10 people
