My background as a psychologist, coach and organisational development specialist working as a consultant and within internal HR functions has provided a unique perspective of talent and what optimum performance means for individuals, teams and organisations operating within unique systems.I understand the difference science and evidence-based methods make in the design and implementation of leadership, high-potential, talent and organisational development programs that meet business objectives and achieve lasting results. I joined omio because I truly believe in the mission of helping people and organisations succeed on purpose by proving to them what their best can look like. In an increasingly complex world, we offer an accessible and effective way to expand human potential by replacing corporatised leadership and development programs with objective insights and coaching programs grounded in psychological practices and business principles.
