I was self employed and contracted by The Symmetry Group to work on the 'Support for the Newly Unemployed' (SNU) contract, which was was rolled out in response to the economic downturn. My role was to provide advice and guidance in jobsearch activity and career planning and prepare a detailed Action Plan that shows a clear path from unemployment back into.

In my role at A4e I helped people who have been on Jobseekers Allowance for over a year with their journey back into the workplace. After an initial "Getting To Know You" period, I created a Journey Plan and then continually offered support and guidance all the way, until they reach their final destination - a long term job! I also took on extra.

I worked in a specialist divsion of PFJ, namely the Graduate Recruitment Company. I helped entry level candidates find roles in the Digital arena, such as Trafficker, Sales Executive, Search Engine Marketing (SEO/PPC), Marketing Assistant, Account Executive, Web Analytics, etc.

This company is the UK's leading eBay trading assistant. I managed this Recruitment drive from start to finish by creating an evening shift, allowing the company to extend its operational hours. I was responsible for full budgetary control, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, plus inductions.

I was based in the Dublin office and was the Office Specialist until October 2006 before relocating to London. There I was the Account Manager for Deutsche Bank temporary recruitment.
