• Setting up a whole design process and organization of all design projects and activities flow (communication, planning, analysis, briefing, negotiation, testing, solving issues, delivering outcomes)• Helping design team members with some of key decisions and screening/discussing the project before the delivery• Documenting client requirements, negotiating with customers, setting up the project plans/sprints• Conducting design team meetings, brainstorming and workshops, building and improving the internal processes• Making sure customers and designers are happy;)
