Responsible for controlling the Computer Network Monitoring Systems and Customer Service System to ensure that all agreements and service were being met and that all service processes were in constant improvement through the use of specific softwares and methodologies IT Management.Also responsible for monitoring some Network Infrastructure Deployment Projects, using specialized tools and methodologies for project management.

Responsible for controlling the Network Infrastructure Monitoring Systems and Customer Service System and pass periodic reports so they could be analyzed and help in the improvement of the delivery processes of established services.In addition to tracking quality of service meetings, reviewing information collected in the reports so that the best improvement actions were taken.
