Overall purpose:Responsible to drive climate action at NA-KD, to reduce our emissions and reach our climate goals.Description:My responsibilities are to define and drive NA-KDs climate action roadmap to reduce our direct and indirect emissions across the value chain to reach our targets. My focus is on working towards our supply chain partners, at all tiers to reduce emissions from the production processes of our products and to initiate and drive initiatives on climate action and responsible water management in the supply chain and on product. Additionally, I collaborate with the purchasing department to support their efforts in designing and purchasing low-impact products. I also initiate and drive initiatives for responsible water management in the supply chain and actively participate in NA-KD's circularity strategy and actions.I collaborate with industry peers, such as active participation in STICA working groups, and work with supplier environmental data to drive improvements through the SAC Higg Index. I partner with the Traceability Specialist to enhance traceability and transparency in the supply chain, particularly related to environmental assessments and improvement opportunities. Also to report on relevant climate and environmental information to authorities and drive and ensure climate related sustainability reporting. As climate action manager I also have the responsibility to raise the internal knowledge about climate action and what is required for fashion companies to act accordingly.

To drive development and continuous improvement in the sustainability area.Description:Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring MQ's sustainability strategy and goals, with a strong focus on responsible production and buying practices. Key responsibilities include to secure working conditions and human rights in the supply chain, where I collaborated with industry peers through amfori BSCI. Leading MQ's climate and environmental efforts, encompassing water management, chemical usage, energy efficiency, and CO2 emissions reduction throughout the production process. For these areas I worked actively in the Swedish Chemical group, in STWI (Swedish Textile Water Initiative) and STICA (Scandinavian Textile Initiative for Climate Action. Regarding materials I worked with standards through Textile Exchange and initiatives like BCI and Canopy. Responsibilities also included to perform annual GHG calculations, according to the GHG protocol and requirements of STICA. Overall responsibility for material targets, their certification and documentation. Maintaining and implementing MQ's animal rights policy. Ensure external brand suppliers meet MQ's stated requirements.Actively participating in MQ's network groups, industry organizations and drive MQ's dialogue on sustainability work with MQ's key stakeholders, which include annual reporting, training of employees and communication with other stakeholders. Responsible for annual updating of MQs Supplier Instruction regarding CSR, Animal Rights Policy and MQ's RSL.

Responsible for product development process, including order placement, sample handling, lead-time monitoring and quality tests.
