CurrentPOC between Icon and Sponsor in EMEA (Italy and Romania).Up to 15 direct reports (CTCs, CRAs, COMs).Main Responsibilities:‐ Recruit, interview and identify experienced personnel‐ Ensure and oversee proper on‐boarding and off‐boarding of employees‐ Train and oversee the CORE competencies, ICH‐GCP knowledge, clinical research environment, monitoring etc‐ Attend and facilitate co‐visits during onboarding period or as needed to assess confidence to perform activities and site visits alone‐ Ensure direct reports are providing timely and quality deliverables, in compliance with timelines and key business metrics defined by Sponsor‐ Conduct continuous Performance review and oversee Personal development and career planning of direct reports‐ Provide proper oversight of CRA's productivity/utilization
