I’m back in the renewable energy sector since July 2022 with sonnen, a young and fast-growing multinational Company focused on storage systems. As Product Manager & Regulatory affairs in the Global team, I take care of the entire life-cycle of products internationally and I ensure market access from Regulatory perspective with a focus on Italy. Before that, a few months of experience as Service Manager gave me the opportunity to manage a team of 9 young professionists, who scored +12% especially for increased trust, useful feedback and supported personal development.Before that, I’ve gained 5 years experience in the Certification area since 2017, by working As Product Compliance Specialist, EMEA within OMRON Industrial Automation, focusing on environmental conformity of the entire product portfolio (50,000+ items), taking the lead when it comes to lobby, analyze and introduce in our organization a change in legislation. I meantime developed the Project Work for my EMBA graduation on the topic of sustainability in OMRON.Still in OMRON, I was Product Marketing Manager EMEA since 2014, contributing in increasing the PV inverter business for more than 50% in 2 years. Contemporary, I held responsibilities on technical matters, like grid code compliances, technical support and identification of functionalities of new products.Before joining OMRON, I began my career as a programmer for telecommunication in the R&D department of Alcatel-Lucent. Then I worked at Spansion, where I held the title of Product Engineer for the manufacturing process of flash memory technology. Next I became an electrical designer of Photovoltaic plants at AGS Energy, a local System Integrator.
