Management of activities associated to post market surveillance and to customer complaints for CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) products (pacemakers, ICDs, leads and accessories).These activities include:- complaints handling (worldwide);- evaluate priority level of complaints regarding patient's risk;- device failure analysis (returned and non-returned products) through investigation of the provided data : clinical data analysis (ECG, device memory and X-rays) and technical data analysis (electrical consumption, performances...); - coordinate the investigation in cooperation with other department (R&D, Clinical, Quality Engineering);- write customer analysis report; - determine and perform the reportability of each complaint (ex: MDR);- contribute to Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Post Market Surveillance (PMS) report
