The new process fundamentally changed the way the content is being created. This resulted in improved quality going forward by reducing or eliminating errors in high-impact data elements and delivered a 50% savings on processing costs.

The Cited References Expansion program was the largest project since the launch of Scopus ten years ago, with a project budget of over $20 million.
