While in the position as Membership Project Manager, I supported the implementation of a new membership strategy and coordinated several projects over four years as coordinator of that team. This involved identifying new affiliation criteria and deploying plans targeting increased retention. I also managed data migration amongst systems and performed new customer relationship management (CRM) policies. While with Global Design Concept as an Architect, I crafted and designed projects across oil / gas exploration and production, commercial estates, and residential estates sectors.One of my select key achievements includes: ~ Managed projects from conceptual design to final outputs and synchronised project implementation with client specifications.

I collaborated with a property developer throughout the completion of residential projects and industrial building conversions during my time with Optima Cambridge Ltd. I designed real estate, hotels, offices, and leisure centres.

Managing a multi-strand project within the programme of celebrations for Bologna City of Culture in 2000.The project was delivered with the University of Bologna. The role involved the design and technical coordination of a series of events: european architecture context, followed by an international conference, an exhibition and a workshop.
