Main responsibilities:- Planning and management of the company's participation to both private and public tenders, by running the application process, drafting offer proposals, keeping contact with clients and suppliers- Management and monitoring of participation to EIB funded project Jessica, including drafting reports, setting a project plan, a business plan and a financial proposal- Monitoring participation to public transport tenders- Drafting of tenant agreements, both for local and international companies- Business analysis- Privacy managementBusiness or sector: Commercial Real Estate Management Tourism and Passenger Transportation
