Development of flexible energy services to the grid within Dolomiti Energia Group.

- Responsible to coordinate the Italian department of Energy Retail Service with a team mainly focused on Customer Support, Back office, Billing and Dunning for domestic market.- Responsible to monitor energy billing and technical processes (switch in, switch out and other processes on the Sistema Informativo Integrato and other specific portals)-Coordination of External Partners and Internal Departments (ICT, Legal and regulatory, Marketing, Finance Credit and Tax, Digital platforms, Virtual power Plant department, Global and International Functions, Energy Trading functions) for product development and maintenance- Design and implementation of new product concepts (energy tariffs and related services) as well as technical & price adjustments of existing products/contracts- Reporting to the Holding and Global functions (budgets, topline plannings, business KPIs, ad hoc analyses) and P&L monitoring- Economical evaluations, business plans, competitive and regulatory analyses

I've developed the Italian energy retail division of sonnen Italy to offer innovative energy service and tariff to clients owning a sonnen storage system in their houses

Support and coordination of the integration of Yosave Spa into Enel X in terms of Controlling, Reporting ad hoc analysis for investors (cash flow, sensitivity analysis and model simulations)

Corporate Strategy and Business Development Department- Business Plan related activities: review of the model, maintenance and update of existing business plan (for planning/controlling purposes) based on business evolution, support to the business units in the setting of their growth targets- Support in M&A evaluations (data collection, data-room analysis, interview, management of the negotiation process for the potential transaction)- Market Analysis on energy sector to support the evaluation of new business opportunities
