My tasks involved collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help businesses make informed decisions and investigate their Brand Equity. I was responsible for many steps of the market research process: - For starters, I worked together with the client to define the research objectives, needs, and methodology. From that point, I started planning and developing proposals, taking into account budgeting, timeline management, and coordination with research partners.- During the research, I was in charge of setting up surveys and I had to make sure that the data gathering was going as smoothly as possible. I had to maintain a clear communication with the client and our external partners.- While collecting the data from the surveys, I was in charge of collecting data on consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape to add more context and meaning to the final data.- I had to collect and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights and present them to the client in the most understandable way. At this point, I was in charge of creating reports and presentations that summarize research findings.
