- Overseeing the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum AIC, including personnel management.- Leading national, European, and international relations for the association.- Organizing and managing international events and initiatives.- Managing EU and nationally funded projects as Project Manager, including proposal development and implementation (such as: ETC - Interreg Italy-Croatia, Interreg IPA Adrion; Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs; EaSI; ERASMUS + etc.).- Collaborating with EUSAIR Governance and the European Commission (DG REGIO) in the implementation of the Adriatic-Ionian Strategy (EUSAIR), as the Forum AIC serves as a key stakeholder.- Supervising financial, administrative and accounting processes.

As an EU Affairs Intern at the Ministry for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change in Malta, funded by the Leonardo da Vinci Program, I supported EU Fund Officers in launching national aid schemes and aquaculture projects. I conducted in-depth research on European and Maltese fisheries regulations, focusing on the European Fisheries Fund and the 2007-2013 Fisheries Operational Program in Malta. This experience allowed me to develop a strong understanding of EU-funded projects and regulatory frameworks in the fisheries sector.

While working at the Alessandro Bartola Association, within the Faculty of Economics at Marche Polytechnic University, I was responsible for editing the scientific journal Agriregionieuropa, which focused on economics and agricultural policy. I helped organize national and international events and acted as a tutor for the e-learning platform on the EU's Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). Additionally, I managed the newsletter and mailing list, and from 2011, I collaborated on both national and European projects.

As an Internship Trainee at the Forum of the Adriatic and Ionian Chambers of Commerce, I supported the General Secretariat in various administrative and promotional activities. One of my key contributions was organizing the 13th annual Forum AIC edition in Međugorje, Bosnia-Herzegovina, which was an international event. This experience allowed me to develop skills in event management and deepen my understanding of regional cooperation.
