I am a young professional with an outgoing personality and very passionate.I love team working and I always try to improve myself and the team at the same time.I love my study field (Tourism). I achieved the degree in tourism in 2015 at IULM University, indeed.Furthermore, I achieved the bachelor degree in Accounting in 2011.My university studies were focused on Tourism economics, indeed my best academic results were in Economics' subject, such as Business Plan (28/30) or Economics (29/30).In addiction, I speak fluently English (30/30 at the University) and Spanish (30/30 at the University)I lived for one year in Barcelona (Spain) where I was taking part of "International Exchange Program" and I have been studying tourism at Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona for one year. I achieved great results in some important classes such as Sustainable Tourims. I have also written two main thesis: one about Milan touristic development and one about Agritourism development.I lived in London, UK, where I worked for Italian Journeys, a division of Protravel International (US and UK) as administration coordinator. I began my experience in October 2015 and finished it in January 2017.Then I graduated in the master program of Tourism Quality Management, and I began working as manager in Keys of Florence in June 2017.During this experience, I was running a team of guides, drivers, tour leaders and back office assistants. I achieved many successful objectives such as +30% of the net income in my first year of leading and I managed to be among the top ten companies in Florence.
