• As part of the EMEA Ops team I am responsible for:
• Organizing internal events for employees such as EMEA All Hands and Townhalls
• Supporting the organization of major client-facing events (such as EXPOs, Selection Day, New Location Launch Events, and community events) across the EMEA Region, run post-event evaluations and create post-event reports
• Standardization of operational processes and guidelines within the company, as its rapid growth requires a constant adaptation

• Create and coordinate a production calendar, that entails checkpoints for marketing, content management, art direction, logistics and sales.
• Take care of every logistic aspect of the event and liasing with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Organise travel arrangements and reimbursements for speakers and team.
• Maintain and managing the online ticket shop and reporting periodically on ticket sales updates; being contact person for enquiries on ticket registration and report.
• Create and executing detailed event budget and reporting periodically on income & costs.

• Taking care of reservation requests via phone, email and chat for all TSH locations around Europe both for customers and companies.
• Booking and modifying reservations while focusing on maximizing room revenue.
