I am adding value as a trainer on the "Talent Management in social interaction" and my role is to be a Perspective Shifter in Leader Academy's Talent Factory format.For Leader Academy, I am participating in Concept development, dealing with the Business processes and their structuring, and managing the Human capital over the Work Breakdown structure of the tasks. Talent Factory is a format for personal, academic, and career development through the prism of how well you know yourself. The Talent Factory, within three separate levels, aims to inspire active young people to look at themselves and realize their strengths, unfold the potential of their environment, and to be constructive in it, and model themselves , establishing their talents and discovering the right direction for their development. All this happens through the feedback analysis over their activities, which they have the opportunity to get from the people around them, the trainers in the form, leaders in the areas they are interested in, and most of all - from their personal experience.

At first glance, there is not so much in common between these two areas Advertising and Distribution, but when the product is media itself, these two fields cooperate with each other through outgoing information and feedback, which are of main importance for the whole process of management.
