I work as Internal Communication & Engagement Specialist in San Marco Group. I graduated in Corporate Communication and I am keen on writing and design.In my previous job I had the role of Change Management Specialist and Communication in the Innovation team. I supported the digital transformation projects with the scope of creating communication and engagement initiatives related to the upcoming changes.I created some brands, logos and brand identities for some small businesses. Moreover, I did some social media management, copywriting and content creation. During this period, I also have been writing articles for local newspaers.Now I chose to improve my skills by doing a training in Graphic Design and Digital Strategy. I am deepening my knowledge in visual communication and Adobe Creative Suite, digital marketing and social media management strategies and the usage of digital advertising tools. My university background includes the knowledge of communication strategies for all the sectors, marketing, consumption psychology, sociology and design. I chose to integrate my route with extra subjects about branding, writing and sales management. During the university period I also did some project management by doing some projects based on real business cases.Sustainability is one of my main interests and my first hobby is doing some sport activities. I would describe myself as a creative and flexible mind, always ready to take on new challenges. I enjoy learning and for this reason I chose to enrich my knowledge with some personal experiences: one year living in Denmark and Scouting.
