I currently hold the position of Project Manager in Bper Bank. I am specialized in Finance and Wealth Management projects. I have so far managed a high and different number of projects regarding: new regulatory developments (introducing of Initial Margin exchange for non-centrally cleared derivatives, reform of IBOR rates), payments infrastructure (T2-T2S, TIPS, CGS, ECMS), position keeping platforms (Fusion Kondor), new business opportunities (creation of a Financial Advisors network, introduction of a new exchanging corporate forex platform), new business products (Advanced Advisory service,…).My previous experience, where I basically learned the job skills, has been in Milan, in Reply s.p.a., a consulting company. Here I led with the Company Partner and the team an international and challenging project on behalf of Banca Generali (BG). The project regarded the set-up of a SIM company directly in charge to offer a trading platform to BG financial advisors. The platform was provided by Saxo Bank and was completely customized for the Italian market and Banca Generali FAs.My fundament skills are a wise determination, an analytical and proactive attitude, the ability to interact with many different stakeholders, and the ability to cope with time pressure.
