A salesperson in the CELINE stores of Duphot and Saint-Honoré, I had various responsabilities. In the front office I was welcoming the clientele and carrying out sales. I was to identify the various needs of clients and how best to advise them, while using storytelling and marketing techniques to spread the CELINE narrative of timeless silhouettes and increase client loyalty. In the back office, I participated in inventory management, contributed to merchandising and followed up on sales.During that internship, I learned about the savoir-faire, codes and culture of this Luxury Fashion House, and its environment.This was a great experience; I especially enjoyed developing client relationships and had very positive feedback on my sales.
