My ambition is to continue to do what’s my passion and my drive, to recruit, lead and communicate. I have a background within logistics and air transportation and during my time in the flight industry, a big part of my job has been recruitment. Working many years in service-minded profession, I have learned to meet and read people. I see this as a big asset both when recruiting, but also working with customer relations. For me, it’s essential with a high work ethic and to be professional in my profession.I prefer a flexible job with a high tempo. I am passionate about the meeting with new people, find it very developing. I always look forward to new challenges and within new areas. This is something that my former colleagues always have appreciated about me.Colleagues often give me appraisals that I am very creative, service-minded, good listener, ”see” all people, easy to cooperate with and that I am straight and clear when it comes to communication. Most ex-colleagues see me as a people-person, and many of my reports have with several occasions praised my way of handling a team, and the way I establish a good dynamic within the team.
