I work across all departments to synchronize data collection and reporting procedures, as well as streamline processes. I am responsible for the creation, and the continued reporting, of the Strategic Planning Dashboard which is a quarterly report providing key metrics on each of our 5 strategic goals as a company. My goal is to turn large volumes of data into easily digestible reports that allow for more precise decision making.
