CurrentKey responsibilities: • Lead the delivery and drafting of Centrica’s Climate Transition Plan, participating in the TPT sandbox exercise to develop best practice guidelines, benchmarking, and coordinating with senior leaders to set bold ambitions. Present the plan to internal teams to align communications and investor relations strategies.• Manage annual ESG agency submissions (e.g., MSCI, Sustainalytics, FTSE4GOOD), ensuring accurate analysis and ratings to enhance Centrica’s reputation.• Lead TCFD disclosures, from conducting scenario analysis to drafting, recognized as best practice (FRC thematic report). These insights drive internal strategic decisions for thriving in a low-carbon future.• Oversee Centrica’s annual CDP response, ensuring accurate and timely submissions, while working with external support to optimize the process.• Responded to investor expectations by improving governance on climate advocacy, conducting a comprehensive review of trade associations, and publishing Centrica’s first climate policy positions to enhance transparency and accountability.• Integrated ESG considerations into decision-making, introducing a "net zero" test for investment committee evaluations.• Manage and mentor two analysts, supporting their professional development and performance. Serve as a board member of the graduate program, actively contributing to talent development and the growth of future ESG professionals
