Since 1978, Music Production has been my calling; composer, musical arranger, vocal coach, writer, an occasional Musical Director and an always Recording Producer. When beginning my music career, mentoring insights were either absent, mistaken, purposely misleading, or simply wrong. Teaching another person how to become successful is a slippery prospect. Musicians carry a great weight; having dreams of every nature and circumstance. How our personal psychology, as individual musicians, processes our victories and disappointments is what makes the difference. I know this: When we come together across every educational degree, performance genre, nationality, race, and talent, we can share, learn and inspire each other. So, even within the good and the bad of it, and in spite of our own prejudices; our ever-expanding philosophical and ever-changing emotional selves will save the day and lead us toward healthier goals with connections to others who are our equals in passion, and hopefully point us to prosperity.
