I am the Partner and Managing Director of Elevate Academy and Consulting, as well as Managing Director and Partner at Eurodar Interior Fit Out in Dubai. With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University (2009) and certification as a life coach, I have built a well-rounded expertise that bridges construction, leadership, and personal development. Additionally, I have completed executive leadership training to strengthen my strategic and management skills.My construction career spans several years, during which I have worked as a Civil Engineer for prominent construction companies in the UAE and Qatar. In these roles, I led mega projects across the Gulf region, managing construction site operations and ensuring successful project delivery. Alongside my engineering expertise, I am passionate about life coaching, a field in which I have positively impacted the lives of hundreds of individuals.Since founding Elevate Academy in 2022, my team and I have focused on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
