My career is rooted in the timeless lessons my father, a seasoned customer service manager at General Electric, taught me: solve problems with purpose, lead with kindness, and always empower others. Those values have guided me for over 25 years in the A/E/C industry, where I've built a reputation for helping firms grow, lead, and thrive.As an expert in strategic planning, business development, marketing, and building strong company cultures, I love rolling up my sleeves to help teams unlock their potential. My mission is simple: inspire and equip the next generation of leaders to confidently steer their firms toward success.My journey is also one of resilience. As a cancer survivor, I'm passionate about sharing my story to remind others that even the toughest challenges can lead to incredible growth. My boundless energy and drive to inspire those around me, whether it’s mentoring teams, guiding strategy, or sparking motivation.Over the years, I have taken on leadership roles in industry organizations like SMPS, ACEC, and ASHE, leaving a lasting impact on the A/E/C community.
