We are design-build and commercial tennant improvement specialists. We typically take on new construction and remodel projects at the design stage and work with our clients and architects to capture the vision of the end result on paper. We then turnkey the project into reality with many industry leading methods, including a day by day schedule for the entire length of the job, innovative tools and processes in our fabrication and installation methods and constant oversight of the project to ensure quality is at the forefront of the project. We believe in technology as being a huge asset to this industry, and apply innovative tools and techniques whenever possible. From our experiences, we know that technology creates consistent results and allows us to complete projects at the high level of perfection we strive for. Our sub contractors are vetted and we ensure they meet our quality standards. Our own in-house team is comprised of skilled employees that love to take on complex projects, regardless of size. Tutored mathematics (up through Calculus), English, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting, and any other subjects students needed assistance with. I worked between classes. Became a Certified Tutor through MJC.

Started off as a tile helper. Helped mix mortar, cut tile, lay tile, clean up at job sites, and organize tools. Moved up to tile setter and later supervisor. Helped maintain day to day business operations, kept records of expenses, vehicle mileage, and customer invoices.

Responsible for maintaining the stores cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction at its best. Overnight safety enforcement was another aspect of my job, and it involved making sure work related and safety related procedures were always followed by all associates.
