Associate Market Manager at The Duck Company in Colorado. A T-Shirt company based out of Denver Colorado focusing on designs for experienced based retailers. I managed up to 7 markets across the US including, Michigan, Southern Missouri, Arkansas, Northern Georgia, Eastern Tennessee, Estes Park/Boulder Colorado, upstate New York, West Virginia/Virginia, and Eastern Washington/Northern Idaho.The Duck had an in-house sales rep model in order to serve our customers with the most updated and current business knowledge. I traveled to my territories often, adventuring out of office every other week for a week. My goals were to expand business while offering customers the best service in the industry.

T-Shirt Printing Plus is a Print Shop located in Kalamazoo, MI- I coordinate and create Web Stores for varying companies and organizations to easily offer customized goods to their patrons.I collaborate directly with the customer to create a custom web-store using an automated online team ordering system. I help choose items which will be high selling. Then I take the designs created in the art department and Photoshop them on to each individual item the way it will be printed or embroidered. Once I have created all of the customized stock photos I create a Web Store for the company. The stores are generally open for 2-3 weeks and once the stores have closed I enter all of the items to be ordered. After the items have arrived at our warehouse and have completed production I am responsible for sorting and individually packing each order for delivery/shipping.I deal directly with customers, answering questions, assisting in the ordering process, and problem solving and issues they may have had while using our online ordering platform. A work place chameleon, and Key holder, I managed a team of up to 4 people. Overseeing the entire process from conceptualization to production and delivery I organized and acted as the main customer service contact for over 1,000 open orders at a time. I created systems and processes which helped my department see upwards of a 77% increase in sales over the 3 years I was running it. Product Knowledge and trend forecasting was essential to my high return customer rate.
