CurrentResponsibilities-Managing department of 44 FTE consisting of Team Leaders and Administrators within Finance Shared Services managing AP, AR, Expenses and Master Data Management teams for multiple business entities across numerous countries. Key achievements To Date-Implemented department restructure in line with new ERP system (Oracle) roll out.-Local Process Owner and SME for implementation of new ERP system alongside leading the department through the transition of design, test to successful go live environment.-Designed/delivered interactive workshops across Finance Shared Services on employee development.-Managing/coordinating Business Continuity for the Finance Customer Response off shore team. -Led employee engagement survey sessions across Finance Shared Services reviewing feedback and driving actions improving results year on year.-Designed/delivered Cost Centre Managers Workshops to UK/Guernsey offices to support non finance managers in invoice requirements resulting in quicker turnaround of invoices and reduction of non-compliant invoices.-Coached/mentored staff members from Admin to Team Leader and Team Leader to Manager level using effective Personal Development Plans.-Co Designed/delivered "Managing Change" Workshops for department and wider finance teams. -Designed/delivered Continuous Improvement training and created “CI Champions” group using Lean 6 Sigma methodology to drive department improvements (Qualified Green Belt).-Led project to implement the use of an automated upload template for invoice processing. -Created "Cross Training Matrix" to assist with resource management, enabling greater team agility.-Created a Month End Review Template to assist in the standardisation of reporting across teams.
