•Provide coaching, training, and supervision to Resident Coordinators.• Oversee the daily management of the property, which entails acting as a liaison between tenants and the facilities department, addressing vacancies, performing quarterly unit inspections, and ensuring the resolution of resident issues and conflicts.• Cultivate and sustain robust internal and external partnerships to equip residents with essential resources for housing stability.

•Manage a caseload exceeding 300 members to conduct outreach and perform Health Risk Assessments and initial health screenings, either via telephone or in person.• Facilitate the coordination of services and ensure appropriate referrals for community support and behavioral health requirements.• Assist members in scheduling medical appointments and accessing additional healthcare services.

•Finalize the move-in and move-out procedures while ensuring adherence to HUD and other funding source regulations• Address resident inquiries by offering community information, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-ups with tenants.• Tackle and resolve lease compliance matters with residents, including issues related to late rent, housekeeping, hoarding, and noise disturbances.

•Establish a strong relationship with clients by actively engaging with them and evaluating their immediate requirements.• Support clients in acquiring their identification documents and aid them in completing housing applications.• Offer direction to front desk relationship personnel and safety officers to guarantee that the services rendered are secure, respectful, and efficient.

•Facilitate crisis intervention for students through the application of Restorative Practices.• Assist school staff daily in implementing Restorative Practices for student management.• Act as a constructive role model for both students and educators.
