Assumed a highly visible role in executing the company’s client-centered operations overhaul, including reorganizing shift times, streamlining staff responsibilities, and redesigning the store layout and customer flow.Deliver critical leadership to the management team, advising on expense/cost control, and recommending corrective actions to address deficiencies in store performance. Oversaw the cosmetics department at South West Super Target #1960, building the operation from the ground level, including recruiting and training a team of 10 associates, and propelling the department to number one in the district.
