Manage team a team of 5 horticulturists to perform daily routine checks and supervise vendors for the proper upkeep and maintenance of all the landscape areas resort-wide.- Prepare and control all approved yearly budgets and work plans for landscape works in common areas- Provide consultation and recommendation for BUs on improvement works at their landscaped areas - Started up Tree Management Program and Implementation i. ● Outreach program for local and international schools to be aware of the importance of conservation ● Assist in planting indigenous plants on this island ● Assist in the first production of the island’s newsletter● Planning and implementing the construction of Sensory Trail for the Singapore Association of Visually Handicapped and Singapore American School ● Identifying nature trails for bikers and hikers. ● Conduct guided walks on the island. ● Participate in a joint venture between the Nature Society of Singapore and Nparks to record the population and determine the flora and fauna found on this island. ● Assist other conservation units such as Nature Reserve and Sungei Buluh with the population record and monitoring the adjustment to the new the environment made by the newly release mammals such as the pangolins and the Malay mousedeer ● Assist in Tree Planting Day and the opening of the Lower Pierce Reservoir.
