Me and my teams are working to take the ideas and prototypes that we developed in Innovation group, into production. We have been successfully launched a smart charging service for our Volvo XC40/C40 vehicles in Sweden, as well as a complete wallbox backend for the European market. We feel pride in ensure the best quality, highest cybersecurity standards, as well as a great user experience for each service/product we launch on the market. We have several outher services on the way that will support the transition to a greener energy system.

I have 4 Product teams. My role as the Product manager is to establish the Vision, Roadmaps, technical architecture and release plans. Information architecture and new technologies has been an important part in this work, since our products is scaleable and global, we have done everything cloud native and API driven. I have been working closely with the Product owners, to ensure a delivery with maximum business value, with quality and precision. I am also line manager for the developers, and I also have had ambitions to establish high performance DevOps teams, which we have achieved, together. We have used TDD/BDD, MOB & Pair programming, used Coding dojos and Infrastructure as code, to achieve extremely good outcome. Culture with empowered teams and freedom to control their own work has been a critical successfactor.

Working with the design of the technical transformation strategy for IT operations within Volvo Cars IT, incl. lead the technical transformation towards end-to-end IT services.Transformation to a modern Software delivery, where especially Agile and DevOps is a critical part for success to achieve real continuous delivery with high quality. Part of the work has also been about how to establish high performance development team, where culture is the key element.Use of cloud services and establishing principles for when and how ot use SaaS, PaaS and IaaS, as well as how to develop cloud native products.
