Additionally, our teams completed transformational projects for IT, including the implementation of terminal operating systems for all main ports of the company. This resulted in substantial cost savings of 5 to 10 million dollars in yearly operations. Moreover, with the help of our seasoned maintenance personnel, we justified and implemented an electronic system-wide Fleet Maintenance Management System for Containers and Yard motorized equipment. This resulted in a 65% reduction in repair time and hard cost savings of over $1 million annually for more than five years.Throughout our work, we fostered productive partnerships with IT, which enabled the creation of data pipelines, business intelligence dashboards, and machine learning solutions for Fortune 500 clients, Marketing, Finance, and Operating Business Units of the corporation. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) and Project Manager, I had the privilege of leading and mentoring Finance Black Belts at a Class I freight railroad in Florida. Through our team's efforts, we were able to achieve savings exceeding 20 million dollars over three years. In addition, I mentored Black Belts at a Fortune 500 industrial automation and digital transformation solutions company in the Midwest, and our Six Sigma and Lean projects resulted in sustainable financial results for the organization.Beyond my role as a mentor and leader, I was also actively involved in training Black Belts and Master Black Belts in various technologies such as reliability, accelerated life testing, advanced regression techniques, advanced experimental design, tolerance design, and discrete event simulation. My training approach focused on hands-on learning, with an emphasis on practical problem-solving skills and real-world applications.Working closely with cross-functional teams, I identified areas for improvement, developed customized solutions, and implemented initiatives that drove measurable results.
