• End to end processing of Optional and Mandatory events related through the entire event life cycle.• Ensure instructions are sent on a timely manner and all positions are accounted for, including proxy voting.• Payment of securities, non-income related cash proceeds.• Respond to front office enquires, liaise with custodians for information and engage internal teams to ensure smooth sailing process.• Reconciliation of cash and position breaks in general ledgers, nostro and suspense accounts to investigate and resolve the discrepancy.• Involved in various projects which will be implemented to improve day-to-day processes.
