Analyse and redevelop existing programs with an emphasis on recycling and continuous cost reduction; co-ordinating efforts with all parties contributing to the various waste streams in order to establish recycling guidelines applicable to all MTC facilities; evaluating all business processes to seek best management practices to reduce waste and/or increase recyclable materials; and to maintain and/or develop new partnerships with our contracted down stream recycling and waste companies in order to support the recycling and waste management program directed by MTC.
