Based on customer requirements staff will be directed in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining security processes across the organization to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of financial, physical, and personal risk; establish appropriate standards.Environment and RecyclingDevelop sustainability and recycling programs in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management for MTC facilities. Analyse and redevelop existing programs with an emphasis on recycling and continuous cost reduction; co-ordinating efforts with all parties contributing to the various waste streams in order to establish recycling guidelines applicable to all MTC facilities; evaluating all business processes to seek best management practices to reduce waste and/or increase recyclable materials; and to maintain and/or develop new partnerships with our contracted down stream recycling and waste companies in order to support the recycling and waste management program directed by MTC. The off shoot was to reclaim foam used in initial product assembly to supply content for carpet underlay. Allowing the the reclaim percentage range to stay above 97 percent.
